Apjakal's product catalogue is built around one rule: we only resell, license, or develop products we would deploy in our own infrastructure. Every category below — software, networking, hardware, and licensing — is curated based on long-term reliability, the strength of the vendor's local support, and our own implementation experience across Botswana SMEs, education institutions, and mining operations.
Most products listed here are available bundled with implementation, training, and ongoing support — we do not believe in shipping a licence and walking away. If you have a specific requirement that is not listed, our partner ecosystem (TRINEXIA, Sophos, Hornetsecurity, Microsoft, Zoho, Frappe, and others) covers the rest. We are also happy to do vendor-neutral sourcing where you tell us the problem and we recommend the right product.

Cloud-managed networking gear, packet-inspection appliances, next-generation firewalls, and forensic toolkits for incident response and digital-evidence preservation. We typically lead with HPE and Dell for servers (with VMware or Hyper-V virtualisation), Lenovo and HP for endpoints, Synology and QNAP for SMB storage, and Anviz for biometric access control. Every hardware purchase starts with a workload-sizing review — buying a server with twice the CPU you need is as expensive a mistake as buying one with half. We document the sizing rationale so future upgrades start from the right baseline.

Authorised resale and renewal of Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, SQL Server, Power Platform), engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SolidWorks via partners), and a growing list of vendor licences.
